How to Get Involved
1. Sign up to plunge! Follow the sign up link to our Canada Helps fundraiser page.
Sign up here as an individual or a team.
Fill out all the information required on the form.
You will be instructed to create your own page on Canada Helps to get donations/sponsors for you or your group.
2. Donate
Donate here to help support those who are taking part in this years Polar Bear Plunge.
Proceeds go to this years recipients, Rural FASD Support Network of Eastern Ontario. To learn more about this non-for-profit organization click here.
3. Share via social media and raise money
After setting up your own page on Canada Helps, you can share it with friends and family via social media and email to raise money and spread the word about the Perth Polar Bear Plunge.
4. Show your support
Come out on New Years Day and show your support.

Join us for a hot breakfast before the plungers take their place. Hot beverages will also be available at the Mighty Valley Coffee Trailer on site.
