Visit polarplunge2024.ca/register and follow the steps to register for the 2024 Perth Polar Bear Plunge. Contact family and friends to form a team if you would like to do a group plunge or sign up alone.

Once you have registered, visit www.canadahelps.org/en/pages/perth-polar-bear-plunge-2/ to donate. Each plunger is expected to donate at least $250. Those who raise more than $300 will receive a prize 🏆

When you arrive at the Perth Legion on New Year's morning, there will be breakfast provided. Please bring your own towels and a dry set of clothes. We look forward to seeing you take the plunge!
